The Denver Post reports this week that realtors there are using video to help identify themselves as trusted sources of information about the neighborhoods in the area. They are not only showcasing listings, but are providing viewers with details about the area.
According to the article on real estate video: " "Video engages people. It gives you a very personal feeling for the neighborhood," she [an agent] said. Her aim is to sell the neighborhood and herself as much as to sell homes. "
